Michael Jeter

Diagnosed with HIV in 1996, Jeter was best known for his roles in Sesame Street, Evening Shade and Grand Hotel. Jeter decided the following year to disclose his status during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. Although said to have been in good health, he died on March 20, 2003, at age 50.
