The evidence just keeps mounting that women with HIV develop invasive genital cancers far more often than their neggie sisters. According to a new report in the Lancet, researchers tracked some 1,000 women for three years and found that HIVers were 16 times more likely to have precancerous lesions. That’s why wise women go for twice-a-year exams that include a colposcopy and, if necessary, a biopsy.
