We were initially established as a free clinic in East Los Angeles in 1969, and are now a leading health care system providing care to more than 300,000 Southern California residents. Our 35 accredited sites offer a variety of services to patients of all ages in Los Angeles and Orange counties, including:

We also have other medical groups as part of our Independent Practice Association (IPA) to ensure that you have quality care that is local, always focusing on prevention and wellness to be your provider of choice.

Our wide range of services include the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a managed care health plan formed by our bilingual doctors and staff. Our PACE program provides medical, social, nutritional, and rehabilitation services to seniors 55 and older. 

Seniors in this program receive quality care, enjoy nutritious meals and social activities, and may receive additional assistance with everyday activities like medical or dental appointment transportation and prescription refills.
