Company Description:
The purpose of the STD program is to prevent and control the spread of STDs. Confidential treatment, epidemiological and educational services are provided for patients with STDs. The STD clinic is staffed by physicians/nurse practitioners who examine, test, diagnose, and treat all STDs including: HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, venereal warts, etc. Hepatitis B vaccination and Hepatitis C screening for eligible patients.
Mon.-Fri., 8am-4:30pm. Please call for HIV/STD/Hepatitis testing hours. Eligibility Requirements: HIV testing open to general public. HPV vaccine for residents of Allentown only.
