It’s official. According to the new CDC stats released at the International AIDS Conference this weekend, annual HIV infections have been rising steadily in gay men (MSM) since the early 1990’s while falling in heterosexuals, IV drug users (IDU), and gay IDUs since the mid to late 90’s.
