Mongolia has removed all travel restrictions on people with HIV, according to a UNAIDS statement. Foreigners are no longer required to disclose HIV status when applying for visas. Employment restrictions also were removed; they had prevented people with HIV from certain jobs, including those in the food industry. UNAIDS now counts 44 countries, territories and areas that still have some form of an HIV travel ban.
