Nearly 90 percent of the public condom vending machines installed in India by its National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) are missing, according to an audit by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India and reported by Outlook. CAG criticizes NACO in a report to Parliament for poor planning and implementation of its program to improve accessibility of condoms in areas at high risk for HIV.
