Andre Davis, a former professional wrestler, has been indicted by a grand jury in Cincinnati on eight additional felony assault charges for allegedly having sex with women and not disclosing his HIV-positive status, The Associated Press (AP) reports. In April, Davis was indicted on seven felony assault counts accusing him of having sex with four women without telling them his status. Ohio state law requires HIV-positive people who are aware of their status to disclose that information before sex. Davis could be sentenced up to 120 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
