The Center for HIV Law and Policy (CHLP) has relaunched its online HIV Policy Resource Bank, according to a CHLP statement. The resource bank offers attorneys and advocates a wide range of documents covering 36 different areas affecting people living with the virus. New features include searchable state-specific summaries of topics such as HIV and the criminal law, the right of minors to consent to HIV testing and care, and restrictive practices against HIV-positive health care workers.
