Television talk show host Graham Norton and his production company were reprimanded by the British Broadcasting Company (BBC) after he wore an AIDS ribbon on air, BBC reports. For his World AIDS Day show, he and his guests Colin Farrell, Sharon Osbourne, Jeremy Clarkson and Jo Brand all wore ribbons. Norton has accepted that he was in breach of BBC guidelines, which forbid promoting causes. The only exception is wearing poppies in support of the Royal British Legion. The National AIDS Trust has raised concerns over the guidelines with the BBC.
