In November, some Americans will vote to burn more than a presidential hopeful. Initiatives to legalize medicinal marijuana will appear in Ann Arbor, Michigan; Columbia, Missouri; and Montana. Nine states and Detroit have already passed laws that allow medical possession, but a proposed Minneapolis amendment would establish pot pickup centers, helping HIVers fight nausea and other med effects. So vote—or it’ll go up in smoke.
