Generic forms of Alluvia and Truvada are being rationed inJamaica because of a shortage, The JamaicaObserver reports. Officials blame inclementweather in the United States and Europe late in 2010 that grounded flights fromIndia delivering the drugs. According to the head of the country’s national HIVprogram, a shipment of the drugs recently arrived and will be distributed soon.
