Aunt Rita’s Foundation, an HIV/AIDS Foundation in Arizona, will be distributing $228,000 to 19 HIV/AIDS service providers in the local area this year, according to a statement released by the foundation. The funds were raised through the foundation’s two signature events, AIDS Walk Phoenix and SAVORlife. Each of the selected 19 providers will receive a check for $12,000. During the past four years, Aunt Rita’s has distributed more than $800,000 to organizations and programs that help people living with HIV/AIDS.
