Many porn production companies in California have temporarily postponed filming following an adult-film performer’s positive HIV test, the Los Angeles Times reports. The individual tested positive at the Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation (AIM), which has not released the patient’s gender, companies he or she worked for, when he or she received the test result or how many people have been quarantined as a result. The companies are “placing a moratorium on filming any person one or two generations removed from sexual contact with the current patient,” according to an AIM statement.
