Alan Lee Morrison, MD, a leading psychiatrist for Philadelphia’s gay community [see "Surgical Rotations," May 1997], died of AIDS August 27, 2002. Morrison, 35, built a booming practice and was a consultant to Calcutta House, a residence for PWAs. All who knew him will miss his supreme intelligence, deep empathy and outrageous Halloween costumes.
