Three recent cases suggest that Reyataz (atazanavir) boosted with Norvir (ritonavir) may raise blood levels of buprenorphine, an opiate substitute used to treat heroin addiction. Elevated bupe caused drowsiness, dizziness and a feeling of being spaced out. Bumping down the bupe doses seemed to help.
