Michigan Dental Center HIV Discrimination Suit Dismissed

A federal judge has dismissed an HIV discrimination lawsuit by a former employee of a dental center in Michigan, The Associated Press reports. James White had accused Great Expressions Dental Centers of firing him because he has HIV. White claimed the company violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, which includes people with HIV/AIDS. He worked at the company from 2008 to 2009.

Did anyone follow up on this? I don't see any explanation of why he was fired.

Why was the case dismissed? Did Mr. White not prove his case, was there not enough evidence to move forward? Was there evidence that they fired him for a different reason?
