A man claims he was fired from his job as a finance manager at a New York City car dealership because he is HIV positive, ABC News reports. Jeffrey Villacampa has filed a lawsuit against Bayside Volkswagen for $4 million. He alleges discrimination based on both his sexual orientation and HIV status. Villacampa claims that general sales manager Angelo Alexiadis and sales manager Daniel Yankov subjected him to gay slurs and offensive language about his HIV status. He also claims general manager Suzanne Cochrane took no action after he complained to her in February. He was fired in March.
