Sex Highly Rated Regardless of Condoms or Lubes
Sex is highly arousing and pleasurable to men and women in the United States whether or not condoms and/or lubricants are used, according to a new study in The Journal of Sexual Medicine and a statement by Wiley, which publishes the journal. Also, no differences were found in regards to how men rated the ease of their erections based on condom or lube use. Debby Herbenick, PhD, MPH, and Michael Reece, PhD, MPH, of Indiana University reviewed data from the 2009 National Survey of Sexual Health and Behavior. The survey included U.S. men and women ages 18 to 59. Church & Dwight Inc., the maker of Trojan condoms, funded the study by Herbenick and Reece.

The methodology here sounds very flawed. You're asking people about their last sexual encounter and using that information to discern how the general populace feels about condoms? It seems to me that the people who were very averse to condoms probably wouldn't have used them. That would mean your statistically significant sampling excluded input about condom usage from people who don't like using condoms.
I think if you want to measure the impact of a sermon, you ask the sinners, not the saints.

Really? A condom company actually spent money on a study to document the obvious?? It sounds more like a marketing campaign disguised as a 'study'...

Although my views have progressed as years have. I still believe this study may have lent itself more credence had it not been funded by Trojan. Never-the-less I will admit that the biggest sex organ one has is located between their ears so it stands to reason that here lies the difference.

Hmm - so a study paid for by Trojan condom makers says people reported no less pleasure with or without condoms ... I was surprised until I saw who funded the study - condoms with lots of lube inside and out maybe - but condoms without lube ..... come on!

Recent news reports confirm long-held suspicions that unicorns without wings do not travel as fast as unicorns with wings...update at 11. now, a word from Our Sponsor, Dungeons And Dragons...

Yeah, right! Can you say propaganda? I don´t know a single man whose erections are not affected by the use of the condom. The obvious red flag here is that the survey was conducted by Trojan condoms. Of course there is no adverse affect to wearing condoms. I'm sure the study further found that sex is actually heightened when using Trojan brand condoms. What a load of crap!!

I will tell you as a man that condoms are a one way ticket to; "meh, I'm never gonna finish, we can stop if you'd like", or "this feels soooo good I've gone limp again!" Furthermore, this study was funded by Trojan condoms, they have to come up with that result. Just like oil companies pay scientists to come up with results that say global warming isn't real.
