CitiWide Harm Reduction, a nonprofit health organization serving the South Bronx, New York, has released its three-year plan for reducing new HIV and hepatitis C infections, drug overdoses and homelessness in the South Bronx, according to a CitiWide statement. The plan involves expanding CitiWide’s services, such as needle exchange programs and safer injection sites.
