An adult film actor may have tested positive for HIV, according to a statement from the  Free Speech Coalition (FSC), a porn industry trade group in California. The identity of the actor is being withheld. FSC has asked for a halt to porn production across Los Angeles until all the actors who might have worked with the person are notified. FSC says the HIV test was not performed in California or through its Adult Production Health & Safety Services Program. The industry was temporarily shut down in 2010 when porn actor Derrick Burts tested positive for HIV. Burts is now working with the AIDS Healthcare Foundation to pass an ordinance requiring Los Angeles to mandate condom use in exchange for porn shoot permits.
