Be Nice to Gays, Says India

July 27, 2006—Indian health authorities want to scrap a 145-year-old law criminalizing gay sex due to concerns that it may be helping spread HIV. Officials filed an affidavit last week in the New Delhi High Court, which is expected to consider the case on October 4.
