HIV Loans Float Boats in Thailand

A Thai microcredit program called Positive Partnership gives loans to people with HIV who pair up with a negative business partner to start their own companies. Over 600 small businesses have been funded this way, sometimes providing the only chance of income for positive people denied other jobs because of their status.
