Int’l Treatment Plea: Hurry Up

If the pace of bringing treatment to the world’s HIV positive doesn’t pick up soon, the United Nations’ goal of getting 10 million people on meds by 2010 will be missed by half, according to a report by ActionAid. India and Nigeria came under fire in particular for having among the world’s largest HIV positive populations but among the lowest treatment rates.
