Organ Transplant Oops

Italian doctors transplanted kidneys and a liver from a woman who later turned out to be HIV positive after her medical records were marked incorrectly. The organ recipients have a high chance of becoming infected with HIV, but health officials urged calm amid a national fury over inept and insanitary hospital conditions.
