Custody Battle Over Positive Baby

A couple in Florida claims that they are losing custody of their 8-month-old HIV positive foster child because they are gay. The child, who was born addicted to crack, was placed in the couple’s care after the mother was deemed unfit, but the court is now trying to transfer custody to the boy’s grandmother.
