Don't Ask, Don't Tell in Jamaica

The Jamaican Senate has approved a bill making it illegal to screen potential employees for HIV, which is reportedly very common in the Caribbean nation. The bill called the practice discriminatory and in violation of International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions that Jamaica has ratified.
