There are 2 kinds of HIV person, those who are put on drugs when diagnosed and long term survivors who lived for years (9 in my case) without treatment available. While treatment here is now first class, care and support is very poor and if you are getting old the situation gets worse - you become the forgotten. these results therefore come as no surprise and I fear that my own quality of life will fall even further. Those who live in cites probably fair no better. Its a sad situation.
