Since I began supplementing with magnesium, I no longer experience any hot flashes. They were quite strong before. And I find that since I began magnesium supplementation, I have less problems with sleep, irritability and anxiety which interestingly enough this study mentions are also commonly experienced in menopausal HIV+ women.
