And just how do we know that Guerra was the one that gave him HIV? Something tells me the other guy was probably not a virgin. It is a slippery slope.I could say I was brought here by aliens, would you believe me?

Excuse me here but when this sloppily written and "researched" (yea that's laughable), article fails to mention the over 11,000 texts a and 36 recorded messages where the accused brags to various friends he had and was intentionally infecting men weigh hiv, you do a disservice to your reqaders and the public. While the vast majority of people with hiv DO NOT intentionally try to infect others, this creep did. Let's stick to the facts & not blame those infected intentionally by the few that do
