Sigh. How is this a major study? In what universe is "starting early" defined as "not waiting for 250 t-cells? When was the last time you heard someone argue that waiting for 250 was a good idea? The arguments among sane people now revolve around people with 500 or 700 t-cells. Maybe in 20 years we'll get an honest answer about whether they should start meds?
