"I am having trouble sleeping!! Does anyone else go through this? I average 4 hours a night, Any suggestions please!!!!! I have been like this for two months. And i think it is affecting my CD4 it dropped alittle. Any advice for the young 'un here? There are times I don't sleep for days .. my doctor doesn't have an answer and my in-home nurse doesn't have a clue!! I am tired and my head constantly hurts!"
